Kurt Hendricks is an associate with the firm. He is experienced at acquiring and enforcing intellectual property rights, including domestic and non-U.S. patent prosecution in an array of technologies, trademark and copyright prosecution, technology transfer and licensing, trade secret protection, and patent, trademark, and copyright litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hendricks worked as an Engineer for an electro-mechanical design and manufacturing company, with a focus on design verification through structural and reliability analysis. He has also served as a law clerk and patent agent at law firms in Portland, Oregon, where he developed experience prosecuting and litigating a wide array of intellectual property rights. His practice focuses on the preparation, prosecution, and litigation of patents, trademarks and copyrights.
