Grant Clayton is a Shareholder with the firm. He specializes in U.S. and international patents for mechanical and electrical devices and digital electronics, as well as trademark registrations and litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Brigham Young University and a J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Utah. His technical experience is focused on the fields of electrical, electronics, and related technologies. Mr. Clayton has over twenty years of experience in the preparation and prosecution of patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Prior to co-founding the firm, he was a partner at Thorpe, North and Western, and prior to that was a patent attorney at Workman, Nydegger, and Jensen.
